This month, we hit an incredible milestone: $100 million in transactions through the RepeatMD app!

I’ll be sharing some photos from the past three years, starting with this one from 2018, when I worked at my restaurant during the day and on the software at night with my childhood friend, Adam.
9pm-2am was software time with Adam.
We originally launched a restaurant software company (given my background).
There was a buzz and we knew we were onto something.
1st ever trade show at the Texas Restaurant Show
We signed our first clients and hit 100 users - an accomplishment that felt enormous at the time.
Little did we know what was in store for us. (Now, we’re proud to say we’ve passed 1.5 million users! 🤯)
Our OG team all of which are still with the company today (Adam, Jeff, Mely, and me).
But the road wasn’t easy.
In 2020, when the world shut down, our restaurant clients disappeared.
Those were uncertain times, but we knew we had to figure something out.

We rented an Airbnb and joined Tony Robbins’ “Business Mastery” virtual event, searching for answers any way we could!
During the event, our co-founder Chris had an idea. He’d sold our software to his friend, Dr. Ben, an ENT who had just opened a Med Spa. At the time, we were selling to anyone willing to buy!
Looking at his dashboard, we saw incredible metrics and realized we had a huge opportunity. The aesthetics and wellness industry was the perfect fit for our software.
At an Airbnb during Covid we created what would be known as RepeatMD.
Looking back, I’m incredibly grateful for this journey, despite the uncertainty along the way. We’ve been so fortunate to find ourselves in an amazing industry, working with clients who are deeply committed to their patients' experience.
Our first 20 employees celebrated when we Won “Most Innovative Company” by the Aesthetic Awards in 2021.
We grew so quickly!
There were many lessons along the way, and we had to rebuild the company several times.
There were countless sleepless nights as we worked to figure things out. Through it all, our team’s relentless work ethic and the patience of our clients kept us moving forward.
We couldn’t believe it when our app ranked in the top 200 in the world. Beating out companies like Ebay Motors!
We invented a new way for clients to sell their services and for patients to shop with ease.
This was only possible thanks to the unwavering support of so many.
Most importantly, I feel grateful this is not just my life’s work—but many people’s at RepeatMD.
Today, we’re proud to serve 3,000+ clients across all 50 states.
We’ve built something together that has not only generated $100 million through our clients’ apps but also empowered over $1.5 billion in in-store sales.
None of this would have been possible without the dedication of business owners like you, who continuously strive to provide the best for your patients.
You are the real heroes of this story, and we’re honored to be part of your journey.
