Updates to terms

We’re entering one of the most exciting chapters in RepeatMD’s history. Over the coming months, we’ll be rolling out major enhancements to the platform that will unlock new ways for your practice to grow, operate more efficiently, and deliver an even better experience to patients.

To prepare for these upcoming innovations, we’ve updated our Master Subscription Agreement, Checkout Agreement (formerly the Membership Agreement), Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy. These updates will go into effect immediately for new members and any new users of the RepeatMD platform, and on October 7, 2025, for existing members and users.

Here’s a summary of the updates:

We updated our Master Subscription Agreement to, among other things:

  • Reflect updates to how we collect and process payments (specifically, surrounding the use of marketplace transaction payout accounts).

  • Make these terms more transparent and understandable.

  • Further clarify what is, and is not, a permitted use of the platform.

  • Clarify that when customers renew with us-or at certain points during an existing subscription-they will automatically have access to increased features, benefits, and functionality, as well as any new price points associated with those upgrades.

  • Specify how, in an effort to maximize everyone’s experience, we may develop, test, and integrate new products and services (including those leveraging artificial intelligence), and how we may use user data in connection with and across such products and platforms. This includes clarifications on how we collect, store, use, and disclose personal information.

  • Clarify and update our policies on subscriptions, cancellations, and renewals.

  • Update our policies on formal and informal dispute resolution and coverage.

We updated our Checkout Agreement to, among other things:

  • Reflect our current and updated product offerings, including those available through treatment providers.

  • Make changes to how membership periods are determined and billed, as well as clarify our cancellation and refund policies.

  • Clarify that memberships will automatically renew and, in certain instances, renewals may include price increases that reflect improved features and functionality.

  • Clarify that the agreement applies to anyone using the platform, whether or not they have a membership.

  • Detail how we and/or treatment providers collect, store, use, and disclose personal information, including user data.

  • Make conforming changes, consistent with the Master Subscription Agreement, regarding how we may develop, test, and integrate new products and services (including those leveraging AI), and how we may use data in connection with them.

  • Clarify your legal rights in the event of a dispute and how such disputes will be resolved in arbitration.

We have also made conforming updates to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy to reflect the changes above, as well as other refinements.

While you do not need to take any action, we encourage you to review the updated agreements, available on our website and through the app. By continuing to use our services after the applicable date, you accept these updated terms and acknowledge receipt of the applicable policies.

These updates aren’t just about compliance - they’re about building the foundation for powerful new capabilities designed to help your practice grow and thrive with RepeatMD.

Thank you,

The RepeatMD Team
