Introducing Promotions

21 September 2026

Build the offer, the text message, and the in-app promotion in one place, then schedule them to go live together.

A well-timed promotion is one of the most effective ways to launch a new treatment, bring patients back in, and give them a reason to book now. The hard part was never coming up with one - it's running it.

A single weekend sale gets assembled out of five different tools. The discount is set up on one page. The text blast is scheduled on another. The in-app promo lives somewhere else, if it gets built at all. Add the front desk sheet and the Instagram post, and one sale is now spread across five places that all have to line up. When they don't, timing slips, your team can't tell what's live, and the offer patients see in the app doesn't match the one you're pushing on social.

Promotions brings all of it into one workspace. You build the discount, the text message, and everything patients see in the app, then publish once.

One page for everything

Promotions, Offers, and Text Messages now live on a single Promotions page. A built-in marketing calendar maps out everything you have planned, so you can see how your promotions line up across the month and spot the gaps before they happen. Every promotion - past, present, and upcoming - is right there in one view, so your whole team is working from the same picture.

Build the whole promotion at once

A Promotion is a container for a sale, event, or limited-time offer. Instead of creating a discount and hoping patients find it, you build the whole thing in one pass.

A Promotion can include:

  • Offers, the actual discount, and you can add more than one

  • Text messages for launch day and reminders

  • A Discover Card, where patients land to see everything in the promotion

  • A custom category that features the items in Shop

  • Pop-ups and in-app banners that surface the promotion while patients browse

Multiple Offers can run inside one Promotion, either together or on separate schedules within the promotion window. Multiple Promotions can be active at the same time.

You edit the visual pieces on a live phone preview, with call-to-action buttons in your practice's own brand color. You see what patients will see while you build it.

Start from a goal

Pick a goal (Monthly Specials, Seasonal Promo, Special Event, New Product Launch, or Flash Sale) and the builder adds the components that goal usually needs. Add or remove pieces from there.

Discounts that match how you actually sell

The discount engine has been rebuilt to support the kinds of offers you actually want to run.

  • Discount a line item or the cart subtotal. Save $1 on each unit of Botox this weekend.

  • Set minimum and maximum quantities. Save $50 on each HydraFacial when you buy three or more, limit 10 per order.

  • Require a minimum spend. 20% off any laser treatment when you spend $250 or more.

  • Build Buy X, Get Y with several eligible items on both sides. Buy any laser package, get an extra session free.

  • Require a combination. Buy 30 units of Xeomin and 2 syringes of RHA Filler for 50% off a MOXI face treatment.

  • Run multiple discounts under one promo code. Patients get whichever ones their cart qualifies for.

As you build an Offer, a live Offer Summary restates it in plain language: who's eligible, the discount, the usage limits, and when and where it runs. If the summary doesn't say what you meant, you catch it before you publish.

Members-only Offers

You can restrict an Offer by membership status, either to all memberships or to specific ones.

Members-only Offers can stay visible to everyone while only active members can redeem them. Members already spend 44% more than non-members, and this gives you a way to reward them while showing everyone else what they're missing.

What Your Patients See

A text brings patients into the app, and you choose where it drops them — the Discover Card with every offer in the promotion, or straight to the item on sale. From there, Shop features a category with the items on sale, and pop-ups or banners surface the promotion while they browse. It's a promotion patients can see and act on — not a code buried in a settings panel.

Who It's For

  • Med spas

  • Dermatology practices

  • Plastic surgery offices

  • Wellness and longevity clinics

  • Weight loss and hormone clinics

  • IV therapy centers

  • Cosmetic dentists

If you run a sale, a seasonal push, an event, a product launch, or a flash promotion, Promotions is built for how you already work.

Stop assembling promotions out of five different tools. Build it once and send it live everywhere at the same time.

How to Get Started

If you're already with RepeatMD, Promotions is live in your Admin. Open the Promotions page and build your first one. Your existing Offers and Text Messages are already there, and permissions haven't changed, so anyone who can build an offer today can build a Promotion.

If you're not part of RepeatMD yet, schedule your demo today and we'll show you what your next promotion could look like in your own app.
